We are afraid we do not accept returns or process exchanges.
However, if the product you have received is defective, please contact us with the photos of the defects by sending an email to email@example.com
The email needs to be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon inspecting the photos we will offer you an exchange (in case there was no stock available for exchange we will proceed with a full refund including the damaged product and shipping cost).
Important: If the damaged element of the product is a rare photocard (gold/diamond/platinum), we will ask for you to ship it back to us before sending you a replacement.
Order cancellations are available until your order has shipped. In this case, full refund will be provided within 14 working days from the cancellation. However, once you receive notice that your order has shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it.
